• In order to receive a permanent makeup treatment, you must be over the age of 18 years old.

• You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding in order to receive treatment. Please wait 12 weeks post breastfeeding before booking a treatment. Note, no refund will be processed if you fall pregnant in between sessions of your treatment.

• All appointments must be pre-booked and booking fees are taken. Note that booking fees are non-refundable.

• There is a £50.00 booking fee for Permanent makeup to secure your appointment booking date and time. Booking fee is non refundable.

• If you do not attend your touch up session for Sarah Kelley to complete the procedure. You must accept all responsibilities for that.

• Treatments that are half complete or fully completed are not refundable as products have been used, and the time has been spent providing the treatment all of which cannot be replaced. 

• Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

• Please be aware that If you are late for your appointment this will interfere with your treatment time and the next person's treatment time. If you are over 15 minutes late your treatment will, unfortunately, be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited, Sarah Kelley needs adequate time for optimum results per client. Please arrive on time to avoid this.

• Cancellations of treatments must be made no less than 3 working days (not including weekends) or a cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment cost will apply, and your booking fee will be lost. Please note all cancellations must be made in writing by email to skelleyluxury@gmail.com. I am unable to accept a cancellation notification via text, voicemail, WhatsApp, Facebook message, Instagram message, PayPal, Worldpay or any other third party payment system you may have used when booking. It is not their responsibility to let me know of any cancellations.

• A change to your booking date and time is permitted once and I require 3 working days (not including weekends) notice by email if a change of booking is necessary, or you will incur a loss of booking fee.

• All new permanent makeup procedures are inclusive of a complimentary touch up appointment which must be carried out between one and three months maximum after the initial procedure or else you will lose the complimentary touch up. 

• Annual colour boost prices are for existing customers only and are for one treatment only.

• Please note that when you book and pay your booking fee, you are fully accepting the Terms & Conditions for the booking fee for your treatment and also the balance paid on the day of your treatment before the treatment begins. In the unlikely event that the treatment date you have chosen is cancelled by Sarah Kelley you will be offered the nearest alternative date and time.

• If a third treatment is required after the initial treatment and complementary touch up, there is a cover charge of £50 and this appointment must be carried out within 2 months post touch-up date. (A third treatment can be due to poor aftercare/the individual's skin condition or the overall look you are trying to achieve).

• Please note that Sarah Kelley is not responsible for offering a third treatment free of charge so please ensure you return for your complimentary touch up appointment within the one to three month period.

• Please note Sarah Kelley cannot be held responsible for any transport issues, weather problems, unexpected work commitments, unavailability of a child minder or sudden illness that makes it impossible to attend a treatment.

• With regards to GDPR, medical documentation will be required to be filled in on the day of your treatment. These details will be stored for 5 years as required by the insurance companies and then deleted.

• Please ensure you book your complimentary touch up with me after your first treatment.  Please keep in mind the diary can get very busy and it is your responsibility to ensure you have booked your complimentary touch up within the allocated time frame.

• If you have previously had Permanent Makeup treatment done by another artist please ensure to email over x2 clear photos taken in daylight of the area you want treating before booking in and how long ago you had the treatment done. If Sarah Kelley is not able to work over the area she has the right to refuse the booking.

• Please follow all the pre-care and aftercare instructions, they are provided to benefit you and your treatment to achieve optimal results. Sarah Kelley cannot be held responsible if pre care and or aftercare instructions are not followed.

• Please be prepared to allow the permanent makeup treatment to heal for a minimum of 2 weeks, however the full skin regeneration process require 4-6 weeks.

• Please refrain from sun exposure/sunbed use, no heavy exercise to cause sweat or water contact on the treated area during the healing process. The treated area will begin to peel after several days, and an aftercare kit with ointment will be provided to aid this process. Slight redness or swelling may occur, but these will subside shortly after your treatment.

• By booking in with me you agree to confirm by email if you are under treatment from your GP or other practitioners for any of the following: Pregnancy, Cancer, HIV and AIDS, epilepsy, HBP or heart conditions, infectious skin disorders like chicken pox, contagious illness, diabetes (if skin is very thin bruising may occur), paralysis or loss of sensation, or recent surgery on neck or face.

• You will need a letter from your GP stating that it is safe/appropriate for you to go ahead with any treatments if you are taking prescription medicines.

• Care should also be taken if you are suffering from the following. Again this may affect your participation so please ensure to email me to let me know: Psoriasis or eczema, open sores or infections to the skin or ears, cold sores, high temperature or fever, being drunk or under the influence of other drugs, suffering from local pain such as toothache, sunburn, hypersensitivity or broken skin, acute inflammation or swelling, severe acne or conjunctivitis.

• Please make sure that you are in good physical condition and fully able to undertake any treatments I provide.

• The services I provide can be declined if doctors documentation is not presented when requested.

• Please ensure you wear your mask to the clinic and please can you come alone, the clinic operates a strict policy due to Covid-19.  If you have a fever or a cold please let me know immediately as I am unable to treat you until you are better.

• Please notify me if you have travelled within the last 2 weeks or have been in contact with anyone that has travelled within the last 2 weeks to minimise any risk of covid-19 spread.

• Your access to and use of the Website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

• The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision.

• Sarah Kelley reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Sarah Kelley shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

• The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that Sarah Kelley is not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites. Please refer to the cookie and privacy policy posted on this site.

• The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Sarah Kelley and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Sarah Kelley arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

• If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
